Keeping this month’s brief, brief, will take a level of restraint that I rarely use outside of Nordstrom’s shoe department. This edition is a concise introduction to Tonie Leatherberry. Many of you already know of Tonie and her achievements in the business world. I do not want to repeat what has already been beautifully written about/by Tonie: here, and here, but I will tell you that I was recently introduced to her, and now she a JBH&A client.
Although Tonie recently retired, she is still a remarkably busy woman. Besides staying connected to the business world, she has several cats and dogs that keep her amused and entertained. She enjoys her outdoor life as well by way of a garden that supplies her with gifts beyond herbs and vegetables.
My gardening consists of picking up the phone dialing the landscapers. Not Tonie, she literally digs in there and soaks up the sun, the dew and the magical soil. Tonie has always lived her life with purpose and that is not about to change.
Right after Tonie and I were introduced she contacted JBH&A to inquire about our High-Level Personal Assistance services. Associate Sheila Randa was ready. When we checked in last week with Tonie she simply said. “I am spoiled”. Another way of saying White Glove Service! She went on to tell us that “Sheila is a jack of all trades, and master of many”. That is another way of saying front porch ease. But the highest compliment was when she confessed that Sheila immediately became someone who is part of her inner circle, “And that is not easy to do”.
Tonie is an accomplished, respected and dedicated woman. She also knows how to stay motivated. I found out that when she needs to kick it up a notch, she cues up Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody. I could have guessed that one! Epic. Over the top! Classic. Tonie.
From international organizations to individuals at home, JBH&A is dedicated to ensuring flawless execution of all our clients projects. We are motivated too.
In brief:

As for me, I turn up the volume on
Gloria Gaynors 1978 hit, I Will Survive.
Damn! I did keep it brief…
I think I deserve a visit to the shoe department.
Let’s talk soon!
